Letter of credit

According each Country regulatory, the Buyer must have, as the cases:

Duty Free – GCC import export licence or
where provided by the Country, the buyer can buy stikers from his government, to apply on cigarette packs, by the producer.

Procedure for Marlboro:

Buyer sends:
- LOI addresse to Falma Export with his licence to import Tobacco or other similar document or tax sticker where appropriate
- CEO passport
- Bank comfort letter, stating that buyer has funds or credit, equal to the ammount to buy.
Falma Export sends SCO and if is accepted by the Buyer, we will send a draft contract to finalize the selling.
